This product is supplied strictly as a B2B proxy sale. By placing an order, you instruct Invicta TCG Ltd to secure the product from our overseas supplier on your behalf.
All pre-orders must be paid in full immediately after the order is placed. Stock cannot be secured or reserved until cleared payment has been received. As overseas market prices can fluctuate both up and down, unpaid orders may be cancelled and the product may need to be reordered at the latest available price.
Once payment has been received and the stock has been secured, the pre-order is final and cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. This includes cancellation requests resulting from market-price movements, changes in demand or delays to the estimated dispatch date.
The market price may increase or decrease before release. Your order will remain at the price agreed and paid when it was placed. We cannot provide a refund, credit or price adjustment if the product is subsequently available at a lower price.
All advertised release, arrival and dispatch dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dispatch may be affected by supplier delays, international shipping, customs clearance, flight availability or other circumstances outside our control.
If our shipment is delayed, your order will remain active and will be dispatched as soon as the stock arrives and has been processed by our warehouse. A delay does not give the buyer the right to cancel the order.
